SHIPPING
Once payment has been received and processed orders will ship within 10 business days (usually much sooner) from our facility in California. Shipping costs are calculated and charged at the time of payment. Customer may also arrange their own shipping as well and is responsible for all shipping charges. Title to items and order passes when signed for by your designated freight carrier.
RETURNS
Returns will be accepted within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. We offer an exchange or refund to the original method of payment (minus the cost of return shipping) on all products if the item is returned unopened, in the original packaging, and in perfect condition. All returns require prior approval from Splendies. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be provided once approved. Contact us at wholesale@splendies.com for any return requests.
